Services vary but generally best for parcels under 10 kg, cost & compensation varies by service used Gusseted lower legs which can be reduced down with YKK zips, meaning they are versatile enough to accommodate both mountaineering and walking boots as well outdoor footwear

Wash at 30°C or 40°C (please refer to the care label) on a gentle machine cycle with a non-biological detergent (without a built-in fabric softener) ensuring all zips and hook and loop sections are fastenedThe Skyline pants are warm, stretchy, durable trousers for winter walking, alpine climbing and general mountaineering use. The Schoeller softshell fabric with a brushed lining provides valuable warmth and comfort next to skin during cold outings. A DWR (Durable Water Repellency) is applied to the outside of some fabrics during the manufacturing process. It protects the surface of the fabric from becoming saturated with water and dirt and helps repel light rain. After extended use or laundering you may find that your garment's DWR finish does not function as well as it should.

Tumble drying your garment, if the care label recommends you should do so, can help rejuvenate the DWR on your garment Faults deemed to have been caused by misuse or improper care (including washing not in accordance with the product wash care instructions) are not covered by the guarantee. Timescale to deal with your claim - for technical faults or repairs we use the services of the original manufacturer or nominated agent for inspection, testing and high quality guaranteed repairs. Please allow a reasonable timescale for completion of this process, customer services can advise further as this does vary between products.
