Welcome to Vivark
Vivark Ltd is the new name for an experienced property maintenance team who have been providing services to customers across the North West for over ten years.
Our capabilities cover the life cycle of buildings including Repairs and Maintenance, Facilities Management and Refurbishment. This means we are able to provide our customers with value for money whilst delivering service excellence whether this is for a single service or a range of property needs.
Vivark is part of the First Ark Group, which brings the reassurance of high level support and experience. Our Board is supported by Executive Directors and key staff who have a wealth of knowledge and experience at providing maintenance services across the Private, Public and Social Housing sectors.
