I'm a designer fragrance lover and almost never use impressions but this and La Rive Fleur de Femme (Poison Girl dupe) have won my heart. At some point, I was very frugal, the bottle was empty and I tried other beautiful perfumes after that. I was really surprised by this, I have the dup for LVEB and J'adore, which are Femelle and Lovely, I didn't get the Madame Glamour as i am not a big fan of Mademoiselle. Now I don't have the note information - I had quite a job getting hold of the ones for Lidl Suddenly D'Or, though I managed it in the end - but the press release for Suddenly Madame Glamour mentions "fresh citrus and floral notes merging to an alluring, exotic oriental accord", adding that it is a "timeless, affordable and classic fragrance".Na alles wat ik erover gelezen had, besloot ik om eens bij de Lidl naar binnen te gaan en deze uit te testen. It smells similar to the dry down of the CM (which has always been what I love the most) with maybe an extra dose of white musk. Even if the bottle looks a bit cheap with its wobbly, sharp-edged metal ring and the ketchup bottle shape in mini version - the scent looks noble and expressive and you don't wear the scent around in the bottle, but spray it on formlessly.

I am glad you found my posts helpful and I very much hope the Lidl scent doesn't "turn" on you like the Chanels! Madame Glamour is just a little more showery - but also a little more vanilla, with a little more musk, although I don't find this at all a heavy sweetness here, probably because of the slightly soapy shower gel impression - and with Mademoiselle this wall unit still resonates.So far Suddenly Madame Glamour is the only Lidl fragrance that convinced me to some extent (X-Bolt made it to a "quite ok", the rest I found terrible). Since the early days of Bonkers, I have been a champion of the "way cheaper than chips" range of perfume from European (mostly grocery) discount chain Lidl.
